Graphs are great.

Straight to the point.

We will do our best to present the graphs. It will in due time be sorted properly

but it will take some time before we know in which way we want to sort our graphs.

WHO "updated" its website between Dec 29, 2021 and first week of 2022. It "updated" its website again around Easter.

The column with number of cases has changed and the graph of total number of deaths change too. It dmay distort the graph.

The graph "case-axel" has changed several times since then and a few times also the "death-axel".

The German graph changed its "cases" axel from 2e+05 a previous 200,000 and changed its "deaths axel" to 2000 from previous 1500.

The German graph has now changed its "cases" axel to 200,000 from previous 150,000.

It is quite interesting to see the numbers in Germany:
119,453 deaths of 11,769,540 cases = 1,01% deceased of all infected.

119,453 deaths of 84 million population = 0,142% which is actually number that is getting close to the Swedish "death/population" number of 0,144% without any lockdowns.

Normally this section would be under the blogg but as it is only Germany, I leave it in here despite a section for graphs.

Here is an important key point:

Overall in the country, 26,670 intensive care beds were registered, of which 21,584 (81%) are occupied, and 5,086 (19%) beds are currently available.

3427 (worldometers) people in Germany are currently covid-19 AND under serious or critical patients! (ICU most likely).

According to RKI:

71,724 people have been discharged from the ICU.

29% (20,444) have died.

IF I was running a newspaper and we want to focus on the positive side in difficult times, I would rather show that 71% have been discharged rather than 29% dying...

71,724 people have been discharged...

This is a brilliant number as, according to Worldometers on 14 Feb 2021:

2,119,100 people recovered.

2,341,701 people totally infected (since Feb 2020).

= 90,49% recovery rate.

157,035 people currently "infected"

153,299 people in mild condition.

= 97,62% in mild condition

3736 people in critical or serious condition.

= 2,37% of currently infected in serious condition.

65,566 people unfortunately deceased.

= 0,0789% of total population (83 000 000 people) deceased.

So, there are more people being signed out from ICU than total people having died!

  • Why are you closing down the country?
  • Why closing down people businesses?

493 people below age 50 have died of a population of 83 million.

493 people of total 65 566

= 0,75% of all deaths.

Let's compare 493 people vs:

  • 14 450 people over 90 years old.

  • 28 948 people in age group 80-89 years old.

  • 43 398 people over 80 years old...

Huge numbers in difference.

The german restaurants and bars and Kneipen ought to do like the italian counterparts, where some 30 000 restaurants and bars just opened up. Two weeks later the Italian government allowed all bars and restaurants to officially open.

2058 people have died under the age of 60 in Germany

  • Recovery rate in Germany: 90,49%

  • Currently with mild condition: 97,62%

When it comes to the point of death. It is of course always sad. But a country must see the whole pictures when acting for the best interest of the entire country.

  • There are more than 83 million  people in the entire Germany.
  • About 930 000 people die in Germany every year which is 77 500 people per month... or about 19 000 people per week.

65,566 people have died in Germany with Covid since Feb/March 2020.

This is about 5500 people per month.

"Die meisten Corona-Opfer seien bereits vor der Infektion schwer krank gewesen und hätten ohnehin nicht mehr lange gelebt. Auch hätten nur Patientinnen und Patienten mit Vorerkrankungen das Risiko für einen schweren Verlauf von COVID-19."

The vaccination rate in Germany is only 3.2%...
